Returns and Refunds Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our comprehensive returns and refunds policy for your reference.

Defective Items

  • If the entire order is returned, you will receive a full refund.
  • For partial returns, refunds will be issued only for the items returned.

Non-Defective Items

Closed Items:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will cover the item cost only.
  • A mandatory restocking fee of 20% applies.

Opened Items:

  • Open items are not eligible for return or refund.

General Returns Policy

We aim to make returns straightforward. Most products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition (sealed).

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Orders:
    • Orders can be canceled up to 24 hoursbefore the scheduled delivery or shipment time without penalty.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a restocking fee of 10%.
  • Bulk Orders (more than 2000$ pre-tax):
    • Bulk orders must be canceled at least 3 business daysbefore the scheduled delivery date.
    • Cancellations made after this period will forfeit the deposit and be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the cost of orders.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Reimbursements will be made using the original payment method, and no additional fees will be applied.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized products.
  • Items unsuitable for return due to health or food contact safety reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Opened Items

CNPY reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds for refused packages will exclude shipping fees.
