Free Warehouse Pick Up
Free In-Store Pick-Up is available to those who want to pick up their orders in our warehouse. Our location is 11891 Hammersmith Way, Richmond, BC, Canada V7A 5E5. You will receive a notification when the order is ready for pick up. Pick-up is available from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm.
Free Lower Mainland Shipping Requirement
Local deliveries are made from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. We will contact you via the email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If you will not be available to receive your shipment, please contact us soon.

We want to make sure all delivery is made safely and securely to you.
For apartments and condos, please contact us to confirm a delivery time after placing the order.
Or we will hold your goods in our warehouse. For houses and businesses, we will leave the goods at your doorstep if no one is home unless you advise us otherwise.
*Please note, our drivers cannot help moving, so please prepare ahead, especially for large orders.
Canada & U.S. Deliveries
We provide shipping solutions to Canada & U.S. by working with different couriers. Shipping costs will be charged according to the parcel weight and your location during checkout.
Shipping Charge
We provide a wide range of shipping options rather than setting a "Free Shipping" or "Flat-rate" to keep our pricing open and clear, and not overcharge our customers.
The shipping charge is derived from a combination of factors, including, weight, dimension, quantity, geographic location, and method of delivery. You may choose the preferred method during checkout.

Quote for LTL Shipping (Less-than-truckload Shipping)
For orders over $1,400, you will see a shipping option during checkout “Quote for LTL Freight”
By choosing the option, you will create an order to pay the shipping fee later.
We will quote a freight shipping cost for you later by email. Usually within 24hrs.
After you confirm the quote, we will update the invoice for the shipping fee and arrange the order accordingly.
Why LTL Shipping?
Reduce cost: When shipping LTL, you will get the maximum cost savings, usually 20%~50% less than shipping by parcels.
Increase security: Our shipments are packaged onto pallets before being loaded onto a truck, which has a better chance of remaining secure than shipments with multiple smaller handling units.
Additional service options: When shipping via LTL, you gain access to special services like liftgates, inside delivery, and appointment delivery.
Freight Options
*The total cost will vary depending on which service you require from the list below.
Residential Delivery: If you specified your ship-to address as a residence or if the freight carrier determined that your location is residential
Liftgate Service: If you need your shipment unloaded off the truck for you. Strongly recommended if your ship-to address does not have a dock or forklift.
Appointment Delivery: If you need to choose the date and time of delivery. This will extend delivery by one day in most cases.
